Tamanu and licorice root are long-studied botanicals for blemish-prone, reactive skin, and bisabolol is one of the best-documented calming agents in skincare. We use THD Ascorbate — the oil-soluble vitamin C ester shown to absorb into skin better than L-ascorbic acid (Ochiai et al., 2006, J Dermatol Sci) — at a gentle level appropriate for young skin. We didn't invent the science. We dosed it right for the decade.
